- 5 tbsp. of CERELAC Wheat Banana & Milk
- 2/3 cup distilled water
- 1/2 Carrot
- 2-small slices of Squash

- Put the vegetables in a pot and bring to a boil.
- Hanguin at j-mash ang carrots at squash.

- In a bowl, add 5 tbsp. of CERELAC Wheat Banana & Milk and pour 2/3 cup water. Stir until the cereal is smooth.
