
Blended Veggies
The Blended Veggies recipe combined with Cerelac contains various veggies such as Squash, Sayote, Carrots, Potatoes, as well as the ingredients to be used contains fiber, potassium, Vitamin- A & C, and etc., making this recipe siksik sa sustansya for little bulilit.
Ingredients
- 2 cups of Purified Water
- 1/2 tsp. of Salt
- 1/2 cup Squash, chopped
- 1/2 cup Sayote, chopped
- 1 pc. Egg, beaten
- 1/2 cup Carrots, chopped
- 1/2 cup Potatoes, chopped
- 5 tbsp. of CERELAC Rice & Soya
Step by step

Prepare the Ingredients and/or Equipment
- Hugasan ang lahat ng gulay
- Ilagay ang lahat ng vegetables sa kumukulong tubig. Let it boil until all are soft

Prepare the Food
- Hanguin ang veggies at i-blend
- In a pan over low heat, put the blended veggies, add the beaten egg and season with a little salt. Mix it well and let it simmer.

Finishing Touches and Serving
- llagay sa isang bowl ang tamang dami na kayang kainin ni bulilit.
- Add 5 tbsp. of CERELAC Rice & Soya and mix it well.
