6 na Hadlang sa Mahimbing na Tulog ng Nagbubuntis
Sa simula ng pregnancy, sapat o sobra ang nakukuha mong tulog dahil sa hormones. Pero after ng first trimester, mas mahirap makatulog dahil sa ilang mga changes sa iyong katawan.
Ito ang anim na namamagitan sa iyo at mahimbing na tulog:
1. Pagbabago sa sleeping position: Habang lumalaki si baby sa iyong belly, mas mahirap matulog. Lalo na kung sanay ka matulog sa iyong likod o tiyan.
2. Madalas na pag-ihi: Habang nagbubuntis, tumataas ang iyong blood volume kaya double time nagwo-work ang iyong kidneys na nagdudulot ng more urine production. Naglalagay din ng pressure ang iyong uterus sa urinary bladder.
3. Back aches at leg cramps: Dahil sa extra weight, ‘pag humihiga ka sa iyong likod, may added pressure sa iyong spine ang back muscles na nagdudulot ng sakit.
4. Mataas na heart rate at shortness of breath: Dahil din sa tumataas na blood volume, lumalakas tumibok ang iyong puso para sapat ang makuhang dugo ni baby at ng iyong katawan.
5. Problema sa digestion: Habang nagbubuntis, mas matagal nananatili ang pagkain sa iyong digestive system na pwedeng magdulot ng heartburn, constipation, at kabag. Sa later stages ng pregnancy, mas umaakyat ang stomach acid sa esophagus.
6. Psychological issues: Tulad ng stress, anxiety, o nerbyos.
Ngayong alam mo na ang mga hadlang, alamin kung paano ka makakatulog nang mahimbing.
