Marami sa mga toddlers ang “neophobic”, o takot sa mga bagong bagay tulad ng bagong pagkain, kaya mas pipiliin kumain ng nakasanayan na?
Huwag pilitin ang toddler kumain, pero huwag rin mag-give up kapag ayaw nila kumain ng gulay! Minsan, kailangang kainin ng mga bata ang bagong pagkain as much as 8 times bago nila ma-enjoy. Tandaan, magpe-payoff din ang effort in the long run.
