Participant's Eligibility

1. The promo is valid for the new subscribers of PROMIL® for the period July 2024 to July 2025.
2. To participate, customers must sign up with PROMIL® through Facebook lead ads. 
3. The winning customer will be notified through any of the following means: registered email or registered mobile number.
4. The winner will be announced on PROMIL®'s official social media pages.

Winner Requirements

1. The winner should be of legal age (over or at least 18 years old).
2. In the event that the winner is not of legal age, he/she will be withdrawn as the winning entry.
3. The winner must be a parent who has a child from ages 3 to 7 years old.
4. A winner may only be drawn once. In case of reselection, another name will be drawn.

Winner Credentials

1. The winner shall confirm his/her participation by replying to the email or SMS that they received, informing them that they were chosen as the winner. In their reply, they must present the following requirements:
   1. Two (2) Valid Government IDs from the winner-parent (Driver's License, Voter's DI, Passport, SSS, etc.) and the child's birth certificate;
   2. After the winning customer has presented his/her credentials, he/she will be briefed with the mechanics, authorized person they need to contact moving forward who will be informing them of how to claim their product;
   3. The winner will receive their prize within 60 days from receipt of the registered notice via authorized third-party partner.
      1. Failure to redeem the prize within the prescribed period will result in forfeiture, and the PROMIL® Team shall be entitled to conduct a re-draw for a new winner if the original winner is uncontactable within two weeks.
      2. The previous winner who failed to claim within the given time period is already disqualified from joining in the second draw.

Claiming of Prize Mechanics

1. Details must be settled with the PROMIL® Team.
2. The prizes, subject to the terms of these mechanics, are not transferable, not convertible to cash or any other items.
3. The winner shall advise the PROMIL® Team on when and where the prize should be delivered. This first delivery shall be free of charge. However, if the winner fails to receive the prize on her advised place and time, the succeeding delivery fee shall already be shouldered by the winner. If the winner still fails to receive the prize after 2 failed deliveries, the PROMIL® Team shall be entitled to cancel the win and to re-draw another winner.
4. Prizes will be disbursed through a courier service coordinated by the PROMIL® team.
5. Employees of Nestle Philippines, Inc. and Wyeth Philippines, Inc. (the "Organizers") and those of its affiliate companies, related advertising and manpower agencies, and relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity of these employees are disqualified from joining the promotion.

Other Terms And Conditions

By joining and participating in the Promo, a participant hereby confirms, agrees and acknowledges that:

1. He or she has read the full mechanics of this Promo and agrees to abide by the terms and conditions of the same;
2. He or she is 18 years old or above;
3. At the time of the Promo, he or she has a child or has children, with ages from 3-7 years old.
4. He or she consents to the processing of personal information for purposes of participating in the Promo;
5. He or she consents to processing of personal information for marketing purposes and for signing up to the parenTEam website, even beyond the promotion.
6. He or she consents to the collection and use of their names, voices, photos and other images for purposes of promoting the Promo in all types of media;
7. He or she shall hold the Organizers free and harmless from any and all claims, suits and actions for damages
8. The Organizers assume no responsibility for:
   1. Any incorrect, inaccurate or incomplete information resulting from or caused by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the conduct of the Promo.
   2. Any error, omission, corruption, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction, unauthorized access to or alteration of submissions of the Participants under the Promo or other similar instances that may occur in connection with or in relation to the Promo;
9. The Organizers shall have the right to disqualify any participant who fails to comply with the mechanics of the Promo. The decision of the Organizers on this matter is final;
10. The Organizers shall be entitled to cancel, discontinue or suspend the Promo based on the occurrence of force major events or any events beyond their control that will not make it possible for them to continue with the conduct of the Promo without affecting the fairness and integrity of the same; and
    1. The decision of the Organizers to cancel, discontinue or suspend the Promo based on the foregoing is final and they will not engage in any dialogue with any person regarding such decision.
