Development ni Baby During Pregnancy
Mommy, ang pagbubuntis ay isang exciting journey for you and baby. Maraming nangyayari habang lumalaki si baby sa iyong sinapupunan. Ito ang ilang key milestones sa kanyang development:
1st Trimester
Dito magsisimula magdevelop si baby. Mula sa isang cell, unti-unti siyang mabubuo.
- Sa 1st month, mula zygote (pinagsamang sperm at egg) nagiging embryo si baby.
- Sa 2nd month nagde-develop ang main organs, fingers, at bumps sa ulo na magiging ears.
- Sa 3rd month nagiging mas bilugan ang ulo ni baby. Nagsisimula na mag-function ang kanyang brain, nerves, at muscles. Nagre-react na siya sa stimulation at kaya na niya mag-squint, magbukas ng bibig, at mag-flex ng kanyang mga daliri.
2nd Trimester
Mas nagde-develop na ang organs, muscles, at nerves ni baby.
- Kasinlaki na ni baby ang kahel o grapefruit.
- Nagma-mature na ang organs ni baby.
- Nababalutan siya ng vernix caseosa, isang creamy substance na nagpo-protect sa kanyang skin mula sa exposure sa amniotic fluid.
3rd Trimester
Developed na ang five senses ni baby. May progress na rin sa kanyang physical, social, at cognitive development:
- PHYSICAL: Gumagawa na siya ng coordinated at suckling movements. Nalalasahan na niya ang kinakain mo dahil nakakalunok na siya ng amniotic fluid.
- SOCIAL: Nare-recognize na niya ang mga usapan ng mga tao at music na madalas pinaparinig sa kanya.
- COGNITIVE: Nagre-respond siya sa tunog—gumagalaw siya, nagbabago ang kanyang heartbeat, at nasi-stimulate ang kanyang brain activity.
