CERELAC wheat and milk
1 medium size potato
Step by step

Prepare 1 serving of CERELAC Wheat and Milk (50g or 5 level tablespoons) according to pack instructions.

Peel and cube the potato, then wash well with water.

Bring water to a boil in a saucepan. Reduce heat and cook potatoes until tender.

Drain potatoes and rinse with cold water for three minutes to stop the cooking process.

In a bowl, mash the potatoes using the back of a spoon. Add CERELAC then mix.

Feed baby with just enough, about 5 tablespoons.
