CERELAC Rice and Soya
½ medium carrot
Step by step

Prepare 1 serving of CERELAC (50 g or 5 level tablespoons) according to pack instructions

Wash the carrot thoroughly then peel. Dice into pieces.

Steam the carrots until fork tender. Set aside to cool.

Puree cooked carrots using a blender until smooth. Add water as needed to reach desired consistency. If you don’t have blender, you can mash the carrot using the back of a spoon.

Add pureed carrots to a bowl of CERELAC. Mix well.
