Ingredients

CERELAC Brown Rice and soya

2 tbsp ground pork

½ piece medium carrot, chopped

1 clove garlic

½ small onion

½ tomato

Step by step

  • Prepare 1 serving of CERELAC (50g or 5 level tablespoons) according to pack instructions. Set aside.

  • In a pan, heat oil over medium heat. Sauté the garlic, onion, and tomato.

  • Add ground pork. Sauté for 10 minutes or until the meat is tender. Add some water to keep pork from getting dry.

     

  • Add chopped carrots. Cook until carrots are very soft; can be easily pierced by a fork.

  • Add cooked ground pork and carrots to prepared CERELAC. Mix well and serve.
