3 Laban Tips for Raising a Responsible Batang May Laban
To help parents teach their preschoolers how to become more responsible (being dependable, making good choices, and being accountable for their actions)
But moms, being responsible is hard work! Your child will also need the Plus in Energy to be responsible every day, the Plus in Growth to be big and strong so they can do all their chores, and the Plus in Immunity to keep them safe as they grow to become responsible!
Imagine, moms - in just a few years your child will be off to big school!
That means they will have assignments, quizzes, and many other new responsibilities. Kaya ngayon pa lang, dapat turuan na natin ang mga bata kung paano magiging responsable!
But don’t worry, helping your child become more responsible doesn’t have to be hard! Luckily, we have some Laban tips for raising a Batang May Laban na may Plus sa Growth, Plus sa Energy, Plus sa Immunity, and Plus sa Responsibility!
Set Small Goals
Things we do every day can be much more difficult for your child to do on their own, so try to set small goals for them to make big jobs easier.1 Instead of telling your child to get ready for bed on their own, just teach them to brush their teeth on their own. As they get older, you can add more and more steps, until they can get ready for bed alone! One step at a time lang, moms. And of course, when you give them a new task, show them how to do it properly.
With these small steps, your child could even start remembering to take their vitamins on their own for Plus Immunity and even start remembering to drink milk every day!
Responsibilities Before Play
Make sure your child knows that responsibilities should be taken cared of before playing! Let them do their chores (like school assignments, packing away their books, or picking up their toys) whenever they want instead of always reminding them. Pero dapat alam din ng mga bata na dapat tapos na ang lahat ng mga kailangang tapusin bago maglaro, mag-TV, o mag-cellphone.1
Remember moms, a Batang May Laban always has enough energy to finish their chores and still have lots of fun playing!
Set a Good Example
Don’t forget mommies, your child looks up to you! Set a good example for your children by telling them some of your own responsibilities. ‘Yung mga simple lang! Like keeping your room tidy or putting your used dishes in the sink. Then, make sure that your child can see you being responsible for these tasks every day.2
You can also set a good example by eating healthy and balanced meals every day, to show your child they need lots of vitamins and minerals, so they can grow up to be as responsible as you!
It can be challenging to teach your child about responsibility. But with these tips, plus lots of love, patience, and understanding, you can raise a responsible and strong Batang May Laban!
But moms, being responsible is hard work!
