How to Help Your Child Be a Batang may Laban During Online Classes
With these tips, you can help your child make the most out of online class, give them Plus in Growth, Plus in Energy, and Plus in Immunity, and keep them on track to become a Batang May Laban!
It’s the start of another school year, moms! Online classes can be challenging ‘di ba? Pero alam natin na hindi sumusuko ang ating Batang may Laban! This is why we’ve come up with some ways to make sure your child can still excel during online classes so they can continue to be a great student, and a Batang May Laban!
Take a look at these 4 quick ways you can help your child learn during online classes.
Rest their eyes
Alam natin na magkaka-eye strain ang ating anak pag maghapon siyang nakatutok sa screen for online classes. So how can you help your child fight eye strain? Use the 20-20-20 rule! This means that after every 20 minutes of screen time, have them look at an object at least 20 feet away (like an object in the next room, or out the window) for 20 seconds.1
Take lots of breaks
Sometimes, online classes can be even more tiring than regular school! Taking short breaks throughout the day (5 – 10 minutes long) in between lessons or assignments can make sure that your child has the energy they need to learn and participate in class.1 Even very short breaks can give them a Plus in Energy, and help them make it through their classes every day.
Have snack breaks in between
Does your child sometimes get tired during online classes? Baka gutom lang siya! Give your child plenty of water and a few snacks throughout the day to make sure they are not too hungry or thirsty, so they can focus on their lessons.2 Keeping your child well-fed will give them a Plus in Growth, and help them stay strong and ready for any challenge.
Keep them strong against sickness
You don’t want your child to get sick and miss online classes, right moms? Vitamins like Vitamin A, Vitamin C, Vitamin D, Zinc, and Selenium can help give your child a Plus in Immunity, so they can fight off sickness and not have to miss any of their classes.3,4 Make sure your child gets enough of these vitamins by giving them Bonakid Pre-School 3+, a growing up milk that’s especially formulated for children 3+.
With these tips, you can help your child make the most out of online class, give them Plus in Growth, Plus in Energy, and Plus in Immunity, and keep them on track to become a Batang May Laban!
