1.  Nasa tiyan pa lang, may favorite food na si baby

Based on mommy’s diet, pwedeng ma-influence agad mula sa early stages ng pregnancy ang sense of taste ni baby. Pag malasa ang diet mo like curry, vanilla or bananas, maaaring lumagpas sa placenta  ang flavors at aroma nito at ma-expose kay baby. Sa katagalan, maaaring ma-recognize niya ang tastes na ito sa pagtanda niya.

Kaya habang maaga, siguruhing masarap AT masustansya ang iyong diet para ganoon din si baby pag tanda niya.

2.  Hindi joke : Talagang dapat kumain ka para sa dalawa

Ang kontroladong pagdagdag ng recommended weight sa ’yong pagbubuntis ay posibleng makatulong sa pag-develop ng tamang timbang ni baby bago siya ipanganak.

Kung nagbuntis ka sa tamang timbang, kakailanganin mo mag-add ng 300-450 calories per day sa last 6 months ng pagbubuntis, at 500 extra calories per day sa first 6 months ng ‘yong paggagatas o lactation. Yeheey!

3. May positive influence si mommy sa lifelong health ni baby habang buntis pa

Ang healthy diet ni mommy habang buntis ay maaaring makabawas sa risk ni baby na makaranas ng mga sakit tulad  ng diabetes, sakit sa puso at obesity sa kanyang pagtanda.

Kaya ngayon pa lang, gawing balanced ang iyong diet with food that’s rich with the right quality and quantity of nutrients.
